If I could give Charlotte more than five stars, I would be sending constellations. We’ve been lucky enough to have Charlotte walk our dog, Ernie, for the last few months, and I can say (with the kind of certainty usually reserved for death, taxes, and Labradors stealing socks) that she is truly exceptional.
